We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our office in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, managing office operations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting management in routine activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office documents, files, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Handle emails, phone calls, and day-to-day office coordination. Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative materials as required. Support HR and management in recruitment, onboarding, and general admin duties. Assist in basic accounting and procurement tasks. Maintain a professional office environment and ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work independently. Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred. Must be locally available in Qatar.
