Admin Assistant/Leasing Agent

The Leasing Professional (for an established multi-site Property Management Company) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of properties in accordance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable laws. We are looking for an individual with experience in a fast-paced work environment who works well with a team of other professionals. This individual will be responsible for communications with current and prospective residents, processing new leases and completing lease renewals, collections efforts/rent checks, showing available units, processing applications, work orders and administrative duties. This individual will work with current and former residents and non-profit groups on rent relief programs and collections efforts. This is a regular, part-time and/or full-time position. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday's.

Other skills:

- Highly organized and able to work independently

- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites

- Must have reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver's license

- Ability to work some weekends

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written, verbal, and computer communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation with your own vehicle and a valid (and clean) drivers license
  • Able to work weekends/Part-time or full-time work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
