Job Summary

We are looking for a tech-friendly Administrative Assistant to join our IT team. You will help keep the office and digital systems organized and running smoothly. The ideal person should be comfortable using modern tools, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate well with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Meetings: Arrange team meetings, sprints, and client demos. Take notes and track tasks.
  • Track Assets & Licenses: Keep records of company devices (like laptops and servers) and manage software and subscription renewals.
  • Handle Vendors: Communicate with internet providers, hardware suppliers, and utility services.
  • Application & Customer Support
  • Manage Socail media
  • Documentation: Assist with formatting documents, checking proposals, and updating internal knowledge systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; familiar with Zoom or Teams.
  • Tech Learning: Able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills; able to explain technical information simply.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in an IT or tech environment.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues and find solutions quickly.
  • Confidentiality: Can handle sensitive information carefully.
  • Flexibility: Able to adapt when priorities change.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
