Job Summary

We are seeking an Admin & Authority Liaison Officer with strong background in the Dubai engineering consultancy

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication, compliance and coordination with all relevant authorities

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure that all project activities comply with the latest regulation and standards set y Dubai Authorities, including DM, DEWA, DDA, DCD and others

· Lead the process of obtaining necessary permits, approvals and NOC's from various government entities for project initiation, construction and completion.

· Act as primary point of contact between the firm and Dubai Authorities, facilitating smooth communication to expedite approval processes and resolve any regulatory issues that arise.

· Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Support management with assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

· Proven track record of successfully liaising with multiple regulatory bodies across various types of projects.

· Proven experience in Construction field

· Proven experience in Dubai

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office or relevant software

· Ability to work independently and in a team

Compensation & Benefits

· 9,000 to 11,000 AED
