Admin – Banquet Operations (Female)

Location: La Grande Marquee, Rashid Minhas Rd, near Lucky One Mall, Federal B Area Block 21, Gulberg Town, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About Us:

La Grande Marquee is one of Karachi’s premier banquet venues, known for hosting memorable weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. We are looking for a female Admin Executive who is proactive, organized, and preferably a resident of nearby areas, to join our team and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee banquet administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients for seamless event management
  • Maintain records, documentation, and schedules
  • Manage staff attendance and work allocation
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Must be a resident of nearby areas (Gulberg, Federal B Area, Rashid Minhas Road surroundings preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in event management/banquet/hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
