Job Overview:
The Admin and Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring
compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This
individual will also provide administrative support to ensure the
efficiency and smooth functioning of the office. This role will require
strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep
understanding of compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance:
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and
internal policies.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance-related documents and
processes..
Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary
adjustments.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office
supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with the preparation of reports, policies, and other documents.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all compliance-related
documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Support the maintenance of confidential company and employee records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role with
compliance responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in employee handling at large and Maintaining attendance and
staff discipline.
