We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin/Coordinator to join our cleaning services team.
The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage daily schedules and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day scheduling and coordination of cleaning staff
  • Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain records
  • Support operations team in planning routes and assigning tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication between supervisors, cleaners, and management

Requirements:

  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of UAE roads is essential
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Good knowledge of Excel is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Benefits:

  • Salary AED 3,000 – 4,000
  • Visa, medical insurance & other benefits as per UAE law
