Job Summary:
We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to support administrative functions with a focus on Emiratization efforts. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and assisting with Emirati workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as needed.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of Emirati talent.

Ensure compliance with Emiratization policies and procedures.

Support the team with reporting and maintaining records related to Emiratization goals.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of databases and filing systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
