Admin Coordinator for IT company

Job Description

We require an experienced, well-organized, and proactive Coordinator with good experience and knowledge in IT to provide the necessary support to the team.

Coordinator tasks include:
- Handle projects from start to finish like enquiring for new requests, following up for quotations, arranging delivery of products, following up for payments.
- make cold calls in order to sell products and services, prepare and send marketing emails, post job advertisements for vacancies, assist in preparing payroll, adding/modifying content for websites.
- Organize project-related documents, Maintain customer database, sales spreadsheets. Coordinate with the sales team by managing sales manager's schedules, fixing appointments, sending quotations, and follow up.
- The coordinator will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers.
- Respond immediately to customer's queries, complaints, and arrange after-sales support when requested.
- The coordinator should be able to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Fluent in English both verbal and written;
  • Minimum Bachelors' degree.
  • Visa 18, Transferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD250.000 per month
