We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Admin Coordinator Intern to manage daily office operations, documentation, and coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities.

Office Administration

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle data entry, tracking sheets, and preparation of basic reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure office supplies, inventory, and logistics are handled efficiently.

Coordination

  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist in onboarding procedures, paperwork, and employee documentation.
  • Support with Internal communication.
  • Accompany or guide external visitors, clients, or models when required.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected, checked, and updated.
  • Maintain updated contact lists, calendars, and workflow trackers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Office, and email etiquette.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
