Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations

Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents

Prepare, review, and organize reports, letters, and presentations

Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments

Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders

Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks when required

Requirements

Intermediate education / Middle school diploma or higher

1–2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
