Admin cum Accountant

India

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in office communication, scheduling, and other general administrative activities.
  • Travel to factory premises when required to manage administrative and accounting coordination.

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain and update accounts in Tally (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and generating financial reports).
  • Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely TDS payments and returns.
  • Support payroll processing, manage expense reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
  • Expert knowledge of Tally (latest version).
  • Strong proficiency in GST, TDS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to factory locations as part of admin responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
