Administration
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in office communication, scheduling, and other general administrative activities.
- Travel to factory premises when required to manage administrative and accounting coordination.
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and generating financial reports).
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely TDS payments and returns.
- Support payroll processing, manage expense reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Expert knowledge of Tally (latest version).
- Strong proficiency in GST, TDS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to factory locations as part of admin responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
