About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and multitasking Admin cum Accountant to join our team. This position requires managing administrative tasks alongside comprehensive accounting responsibilities across our 6 branch operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Document expiry monitoring and timely updating across all branches
  • Coordinating communication between departments and external stakeholders

Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Preparing and posting journal entries and cash vouchers
  • Processing salary reports and preparing expense bills
  • Handling bank account reconciliations
  • Preparing and assisting with VAT and Corporate Tax documentation
  • Compiling and reviewing Profit & Loss statements
  • Maintaining accounts receivable records and payment tracking

ERP & Reporting:

  • Posting sales and commission reports in the ERP system
  • Preparing and posting online aggregator reports in the ERP
  • Data entry and system updates as required

Procurement & Inventory:

  • Preparing and sending purchase orders to suppliers
  • Creating and managing sales invoices
  • Processing stock transfer documentation between branches

Multi-Branch Support:

  • Managing administrative and accounting tasks across 6 locations
  • Ensuring consistent documentation and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant accounting or admin experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance (or equivalent)
  • Own Visa or Spouse Visa (must be available to work in UAE)
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multi-branch environments
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
  • Knowledge of UAE tax and VAT regulations
  • Previous experience with online aggregator platforms
  • Accounting certification or diploma
