Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in payroll processing, including salary disbursement and tax deductions.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, correspondence, and client records.
- Handle client queries and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining compliance records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
