We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant with experience in handling administrative operations and accounting processes within a Dubai Freezone environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day office and financial tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Handle invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation
- Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and government portals
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and office files
- Support management with operational and accounting tasks
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration & Accounting in UAE
- Freezone company experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Experience with ERP systems/Odoo is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
