Admin cum Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant with experience in handling administrative operations and accounting processes within a Dubai Freezone environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day office and financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations
  • Handle invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accounting records and financial documentation
  • Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and government portals
  • Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and office files
  • Support management with operational and accounting tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Administration & Accounting in UAE
  • Freezone company experience is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
  • Experience with ERP systems/Odoo is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Automotive industry: 1 year (Required)
  • admin and accountant: 2 years (Required)
