Position : Admin cum accounts
Location : Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah - near Beah
Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle office supply inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls.
- Support HR with maintaining attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
- Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
Accounting Duties:
- Assist in daily accounting activities: data entry, invoice preparation, and bill payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed.
- Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable
