Position : Admin cum accounts

Location : Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah - near Beah

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls.
  • Support HR with maintaining attendance, leave records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
  • Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.

Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in daily accounting activities: data entry, invoice preparation, and bill payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed.
  • Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
