Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations, emails, and calls.
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping (physical & digital).
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Assist with HR tasks (attendance, leave, basic employee records).
Accounting Duties:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry (Tally).
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and records.
- Assist with monthly payroll and statutory submissions (like VAT/EPF)
