Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses,
receipts, and payments).
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
Prepare letters, invoices, quotations, and other documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.
Manage office supplies, petty cash, and administrative support to staff.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Admin, Accountant, or in a similar role
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
