Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Position: Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
  • Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accounts records including purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Manage petty cash and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain filing system for financial and office documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff.
  • Assist management with general office and accounting support.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, including drafting professional letters and emails.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Location: Ajman, UAE
Experience: 1–2 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
