Position: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
- Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accounts records including purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Manage petty cash and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Maintain filing system for financial and office documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff.
- Assist management with general office and accounting support.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, including drafting professional letters and emails.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Location: Ajman, UAE
Experience: 1–2 years preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
