Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations, filing systems, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain employee records and general office databases
Accounting Duties:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and track transactions
- Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative and basic accounting roles
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
