Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office operations, filing systems, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain employee records and general office databases

Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and track transactions
  • Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in administrative and basic accounting roles
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
