Admin cum Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in administrative and accounting functions and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and company documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Administration and Accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
