Admin cum Accounts Assistant

GTS Carpets & Furnishings LLC – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Admin Executive with UAE experience to support our sales and operations team in a fast-paced carpets and furnishings company

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily administrative operations and documentation

* Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and filing

* Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams

* Follow up on customer orders and supplier updates

* Maintain accurate records and reports

* Support management in day-to-day office operations

* Handle calls, emails, and client coordination professionally

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years UAE admin experience

* Strong communication skills (English required)

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Highly organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Experience in construction / interiors / trading company is a plus

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)
