JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR/Accounts

1. Point of Contact - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication and queries.

2. Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Client Meetings - Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to discuss campaigns, strategies, progress and future business.

4. Campaign Strategy - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.

5. Project Management - Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

6. Reporting - Prepare and present regular reports to clients and on campaign performance and progress.

7. Troubleshooting - Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

8. Client Satisfaction - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

9. Research - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital marketing practices.

10. Revenue Generation - Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and contribute to revenue targets.

11. Team Leadership - May provide guidance and support to team members, especially junior staff.

12. Office work- Any additional office work assigned by reporting Manager or Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
