. Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, record maintenance, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR support tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing office activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

2. Billing & Accounts Support

  • Prepare customer invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
  • Verify work orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans before billing.
  • Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission to clients.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
  • Coordinate with accounts department for reconciliation of receivables.
  • Maintain GST billing entries and ensure accuracy of tax components.
  • Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and MIS.

3. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support marketing activities for lead generation and client coordination.
  • Maintain customer database and follow up on enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials: brochures, presentations, proposals.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding services, products, pricing, and quotations.
  • Help manage company’s online presence (basic social media posts/updates).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
  • Participate in promotional activities, site visits, and customer meetings when required.

4. Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
  • Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and marketing activities.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.

5. Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred for billing).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Admin, Billing, or Marketing.
  • Experience in construction/real estate preferred (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
