. Administration Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Handle documentation, filing, record maintenance, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR support tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing office activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
2. Billing & Accounts Support
- Prepare customer invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Verify work orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans before billing.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with accounts department for reconciliation of receivables.
- Maintain GST billing entries and ensure accuracy of tax components.
- Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and MIS.
3. Marketing Responsibilities
- Support marketing activities for lead generation and client coordination.
- Maintain customer database and follow up on enquiries.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials: brochures, presentations, proposals.
- Coordinate with clients regarding services, products, pricing, and quotations.
- Help manage company’s online presence (basic social media posts/updates).
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Participate in promotional activities, site visits, and customer meetings when required.
4. Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and marketing activities.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
5. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred for billing).
- 2–5 years of experience in Admin, Billing, or Marketing.
- Experience in construction/real estate preferred (optional).
