Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Admin cum Executive Assistant located in Karachi. The role involves managing and organizing documents, correspondence, and reports while providing executive support to senior management. Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support and manage calendars, meetings, and travel
  • Handle emails, calls, documents, and office coordination
  • Organize records, supplies, reports, and internal events
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations

You Should Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive/admin support
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A discreet, professional, and team-oriented approach
