Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage reception area to ensure cleanliness and order.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain student and staff records both manually and digitally.
- Assist with daily attendance reporting and data entry tasks.
- Prepare documents, reports, circulars, and letters as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
- Support admission inquiries and coordinate school tours.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, school events, and appointments.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff as per administrative needs.
Coordination Tasks:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Help coordinate transport, events, and school communication processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet usage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, professional, and child-friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
