We are currently looking for a capable and responsible individual to join our team as an Office & Procurement Assistant.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage both office-related tasks and market-related responsibilities efficiently. The key duties for this role include:

  • Handling daily office work and administrative tasks
  • Visiting the market/suppliers to source building materials and collect price details
  • Comparing prices and preparing cost reports
  • Preparing and sending quotations to clients in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with suppliers and clients as required

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills will be an advantage.
