Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative and human resource tasks to support smooth office operations and employee management. Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic is essential for effective communication with a multicultural workforce.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee general office operations, supplies management, and facility coordination.
  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for office-related tasks.
  • Ensure office equipment and systems are maintained and functioning efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and correspondence.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records including leave balances, attendance, and payroll support documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, visa processing, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
  • Support employee relations, resolve queries, and handle disciplinary and grievance matters when necessary.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, insurances, and regulatory documentation.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare reports related to HR and administration for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with PRO, external consultants, and government departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administration. Experience in the manufacturing or project-based industry is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employee documentation.

Languages:

Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Visa Requirement:

Must hold a valid AED visa.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to administrative and HR tasks.
