Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also supporting human resources operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office functioning, assist in HR functions like recruitment and employee engagement, and act as a point of contact for both staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:Administration Duties:

  • Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
  • Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR and admin policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
