Administrative Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Handling office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Overseeing office equipment, AMCs, and facility management.
  • Coordinating travel bookings, meetings, and event arrangements.
  • Managing reception duties, visitor entries, and courier handling.
  • Maintaining office records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

HR Responsibilities

  • Assisting in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating onboarding & documentation of new employees.
  • Maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
  • Supporting payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions).
  • Drafting letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.
  • Handling employee queries, grievances, and basic HR support.
  • Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and L&D activities.
  • Assisting in performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

Additional Responsibilities (if required)

  • Managing admin budget and monthly expense tracking.
  • Coordinating with external agencies (security, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Supporting management with reports, MIS, and employee data.
  • Organizing employee engagement and internal communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
