Position Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle day-to-day HR operations including hiring, attendance management, payroll support, and training coordination. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple HR tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring, screening, and onboarding of employees
• Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and update employee data
• Support monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with accounts
• Plan and conduct employee training sessions
• Maintain HR-related documentation and handle employee queries
• Ensure smooth HR operations and support management as needed

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor rules
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to coordinate and multitask

Qualification:

MBA (HR) or related degree

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience

Additional Notes:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates from Calicut or nearby areas preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
