Responsibilities -

  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate with English fluency is must.
  • Basic knowledge on Human resource management and labor laws.

Skills and qualifications -

  • Any bachelor degree with specialization in HR or related field.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
  • A willingness to travel throughout India on occasion
  • The ability to work as part of a team, with good attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
