Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Maintain confidential files and records
Administrative Support
- Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and vendor interactions
- Support basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks
- Help organize meetings, events, and internal communications
- Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and readiness of meeting rooms
Basic Excel & Reporting
- Maintain simple trackers, logs, and reports using MS Excel
- Assist in compiling data for presentations and reports
- Support expense tracking and petty cash documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in executive or admin support
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail
