We are a leading education and training institution committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team and support the daily operations of our Sharjah and Dubai branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the branch.
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, classes, and faculty requirements.
- Prepare reports and support management with operational tasks.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support marketing and student engagement activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (education sector experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
