Admin cum Receptionist

We are a leading education and training institution committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team and support the daily operations of our Sharjah and Dubai branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the branch.
  • Handle student inquiries, admissions, registrations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, classes, and faculty requirements.
  • Prepare reports and support management with operational tasks.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support marketing and student engagement activities when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (education sector experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
