Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized and personable Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage appointments, emails, and inquiries
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Manage office supplies and day-to-day office support
- Assist and provide administrative support to all departments as required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Prior experience preferred
Language: English fluency is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
