Admin cum Receptionist ( FEMALE ONLY)

Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized and personable Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations and greet visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Manage appointments, emails, and inquiries
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Manage office supplies and day-to-day office support
  • Assist and provide administrative support to all departments as required

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Prior experience preferred

Language: English fluency is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
