Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both administrative and sales functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and related documentation.
• Handle client inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and payments.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in admin/sales coordination (fire & safety industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
