* Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails to clients. * Coordinate with the sales team for inquiries, AMC contracts, and service requests. * Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales reports. * Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and approvals. * Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients. * Support business development activities and customer relationship management. * Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry. * Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and service reports. * Coordinate transportation and scheduling of service engineers. * Maintain records of calibration tools, equipment, and subcontractor documents. * Handle email communication and phone inquiries professionally. * Assist management with reports, presentations, and operational coordination. * Maintain company database and ensure proper document control. * Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown service schedules. * Communicate with clients regarding engineer visits and service updates. * Track service status and ensure timely completion. * Coordinate spare parts and supplier communication when required
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
