
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Market Research team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases
- Assist in data collection, entry, and basic analysis for market research projects
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics when required
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary (preferably in research or marketing)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Market Research or data handling
- Familiarity with research tools and reporting techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
