Admin cum Secretary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Market Research team
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and research documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases
  • Assist in data collection, entry, and basic analysis for market research projects
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally
  • Arrange travel bookings and logistics when required
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary (preferably in research or marketing)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research or data handling
  • Familiarity with research tools and reporting techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
