Responsibiliites:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and enquiry reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads from online/offline sources.
  • Achieve admission and enquiry targets as set by the management.
  • Handle front desk operations and manage walk-in enquiries.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Support daily office activities such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and counselling sessions.
  • Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth office operations.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in educational counselling or administration will be an added advantage.
  • In and around coimbatore female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
