We are looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Female candidate as Admin cum Telecaller / Receptionist to join our team at Cardea Healthcare Solutions.
The ideal candidate will handle front office management, coordinate administrative activities, and engage in telecalling to support admissions and student inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
  • Maintain admission records, documents, and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Follow up on student leads and assist in admission-related communication.
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and visitor interactions.
  • Support general administrative functions and maintain an organized reception area.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Any degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in administration, telecalling, or front office roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
