We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Expert with at least 1 year of experience to accurately enter, update, and manage data across company systems. The ideal candidate must have strong command of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems
  • Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and data summaries
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
  • Organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Generate routine reports as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Expert
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High typing speed with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of data management and reporting

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation – preferred)
  • MS Word and basic PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and time management
  • Good organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
