Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Director/Office Manager, located in Heliopolis- Cairo, Egypt. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative staff, handling budgeting and financial matters, and ensuring that daily office activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently. Tasks include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and liaising with clients and staff to maintain effective communication within the firm.


Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must (writing and conversational).
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry is a PLUS.
