Admin/ Dispatch officer - Remote

Dispatch officer / Ops officer:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in interpreting and processing of entitlements, and maintenance of various personnel records and files.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
  • Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Management
  • Look after routine office matters
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with the clients and resolve their queries
  • Should be flexible with timings and work in different domains
  • Create bookings for exporting shipments
  • Follow up on the vessel procedure and update the office colleagues on any change in the schedule.
  • Prepare Manifest, Bill of lading, and dock receipt.
  • Answer phone calls from vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English along with a Light accent
  • Strong Communication, counseling, and persuasive Skills
  • Understanding of general policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong desktop PC computer literacy, web navigation, and keyboarding skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as Skype, Zoom, Google meeting
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

Job Timings: 8 AM - 6 PM US EST

Remote- Night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
