Hiring for Position:

E-Commerce Sales & Digital Marketing Executive (Bilingual: English & Arabic)

Currently, we are looking for a admin cum E-Commerce Sales & Digital Marketing Executive. This position is for admin (front desk) who also focus on our online sales and digital marketing efforts.

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent international certification.
• Must be good in speaking, reading, and writing both English & Arabic.
• Preferably with experience in perfumes and cosmetics e-commerce.
• Have experience in ecommerce orders processing, customer relationship, running and managing social media and influencer campaigns

Job Description:

• Take up office Admin responsiblities and look-after office needs
• Address visitors including business guests
• Maintain admin records like employee files, insurance, service providers, etc.
• Request quotations, followup with service providers, etc.
• Manage accounts on Amazon, Noon, etc. and our own ecommerce website.
• Improve product listings, text, and infographics to boost impressions and online sales.
• Set up accounts on new e-commerce platforms in UAE and regionally.
• Create and run profitable ad campaigns on social medias, Facebook, Snapchat, Google, TikTok in English and Arabic.
• Develop offers and promotional content across sales channels in both languages.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage cost-effective influencers for monthly promotions.
• Create content and presentations for influencers in Arabic and English.
• Take and process WhatsApp orders for Arabic-speaking customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support through calls and messages.
• Convert abandoned carts and return orders into sales
• Coordinate with shipping, fulfillment, and courier teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels before running campaigns and assist the purchase team in ordering fast-moving products.
• Report damaged deliveries and claim compensation.
• Maintain healthy relationship with customers through status and emails to engage and get repeat orders
• Use analytics and costing methods to control ad spendings, and to develop a budget for advertisement campaigns across sales channels and to maximize ROI.
• Report progress to management in numbers and through infographics
• Coordinate with other team members

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
