Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies.
  • Handle scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain attendance records and assist HR/Admin team when required.
  • Handle courier, mail distribution, and front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
  • Fresher can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
