Admin Executive

The Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow within the office, and supporting management in achieving company goals. The role involves overseeing office inventory, coordinating with external vendors, keeping records updated, and providing administrative assistance to different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for administrative needs.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and memos) and maintain filing systems.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Assist HR in onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and attendance.
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and manage reports, budgets, and expense tracking related to admin.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide support to management in daily operational and strategic tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or a related field.
  • 3+years of relevant experience in administration or office management.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
