An Admin Executive manages daily office operations, acting as a central point for communication, scheduling, and record-keeping. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing administrative support to staff and other departments. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for this role. Core responsibilities

  • Office management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office, manage inventory for office supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained.
  • Communication and support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact for visitors and internal staff.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, keep records of documents like invoices and employee files, and perform data entry with accuracy.
  • Administrative assistance: Assist with document preparation, such as reports and presentations, and support other departments like HR and finance.
  • Vendor and facility management: Research suppliers, monitor office expenses, and ensure office facilities are operational.
