Key Responsibilities
Handle all day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage documentation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service providers.
- Support HR/Admin tasks such as attendance tracking, visitor management, and basic facilities management.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and address admin-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for office-related tasks when required.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license and ability to drive safely.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Preferences
Knowledge of vendor management, office maintenance, or logistics will be an added advantage.
