Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations in our educational consultancy. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth functioning of the office and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage all office setup–related tasks, including maintenance, repairs, stationery, infrastructure support, and coordination with vendors.
  • Manage front-office responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering queries, and providing accurate information about available courses and services.
  • Ensure all office arrangements, including cleanliness, meeting room setup, system allocation, and general upkeep, are maintained on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, walk-ins, and maintain proper communication and follow-up records.
  • Maintain and update student data, inquiry lists, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Counsellors, Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, student counselling sessions, and other office activities.
  • Oversee dispatch and receipt of documents, courier handling, and file management.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients, students, and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in front-desk or customer-facing roles (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle clients professionally.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
  • Presentable, punctual, and responsible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
