Key Responsibilities
- Handle all general administrative work
- Office coordination and basic office control
- Documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Data entry and updating records
- Client follow-ups (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
- Support sales, production, and management teams
- Perform mixed admin and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in office administration or similar role
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Experience in printing, signage, or advertising is an advantage
